The sculpture is named "Photosynthesis".
It takes its appellation from the process of the plants to convert light energy into chemical energy.
The crazy woodworm took its inspiration from the drawing in pointillism style I did by myself few years ago (see the 3rd picture).
Made with maple wood, with a smooth layer of wax on. The base is in mahogany.

La scultura è chiamata "Fotosintesi".
Prende nome dal processo delle piante che trasforma l'energia solare in energia chimica.
Il tarlo matto ha avuto la sua ispirazione da un disegno in stile puntinismo che feci io stesso qualche anno fa (vedere la terza foto)
Realizzato in legno di acero, con un leggero strato di cera come rifinitura. La base è in mogano.
